Marine v. Interstate Distributor Company Settlement


The purpose of this website is to provide information about the Settlement regarding the Marine v. Interstate Distributor Company lawsuit. Although the information on this website is intended to assist you, it does not replace the information contained in the Notice or the Settlement Agreement, which can be downloaded from this website.



Do Nothing: If you do nothing, you will still receive money from the Settlement.  If the Court approves the Settlement and after appeals, if any, are resolved, the Settlement Administrator will mail an Individual Settlement Payment to you in the amount that the Settlement allows.


Exclude Yourself: If you wish to excluded yourself from the Class, you must submit a written statement requesting exclusion from the Class, as is stated in the Notice, on or before September 19, 2016


File an Objection: If you do not exclude yourself from the Class, you can object to the Settlement if you do not like some or all of it.  You must give reasons why you think the Court should not approve the Settlement.  You must object according to the instructions in the Notice by September 19, 2016 for your objection to be valid.
